Here are some tips to get you through it.
Go slow, don't try to "power through" a big puddle.
Try to travel the back roads early in the morning while they're still frozen.
Try to ride on the humps between ruts.
Check your brakes for a build up of mud.
When a particular road is really bad, go another way - if possible.
